SEE CHEE PRINTS | TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for taking interest in See Chee Prints. Please read these conditions carefully prior to making an order. Once an order is made, the following terms & conditions apply.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (unless stated for international deliveries). Payment options are via Stripe or PayPal. We accept all major credit cards. All orders are non-refundable.

PRINTING & DELIVERY TIME FRAME

All orders are custom made to order. Printing is processed by Selena Simpson located at Lunar Studios (42 Maddox Street, Alexandria NSW 2015). Framing options are available upon request - please contact Selena Simpson.

Printing commences 3 working days after the day the order is placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for printing, packaging and delivery.

Pick up: Prints can be available for pick up at Lunar Studios (42 Maddox Street, Alexandria NSW 2015). A confirmation email will be sent when prints are ready for pick up.

Delivery: All print prices include domestic delivery. International postage fees will apply - please contact Selena Simpson for shipping estimates.

CONDITION & CARE

See Chee Prints are handled with utmost care before they are dispatched by our trusted couriers. For indoor placements, we recommend framing the print with 70% UV protection included in the acryllic/glass. Ideally, please do not hang your print in direct sunlight. If there are any issues or concerns regarding the condition of the package(s) or print(s), please contact Selena Simpson.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note: international customs and taxes may apply for any international orders. .The responsibility belongs the customer to pay any of the taxes and duties imposed by the country the prints are being delivered to.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Please note: there are no returns, exchanges or change of mind with the prints once the payment has been processed.

COPYRIGHT

Publishing, manipulating, distributing or otherwise reproducing, in any format, any of the artwork, images, materials, or other content which appears on See Chee Prints is not permitted. Purchasing any prints from See Chee Prints does not grant any ownership or license rights in or to the copyright in such product to the customer.
